Gembridge became a Certified B Corporation in February 2022, starting the rigorous process only a few years after launching the business. While many wait until they’re more established, we chose to certify early. Start as we mean to continue by building strong frameworks, clear policies, and a lasting commitment to balancing people, planet, and profit.
We’re proud to be one of just 19 recruitment agencies in Australia to achieve B Corp certification, a small number in a sector with over 8,000. This sets us apart in an industry where trust, transparency, and ethics matter deeply.
The B Corp process is rigorous and comprehensive, requiring detailed evidence and accountability across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. It considers action, structure, and impact.
We recently recertified, increasing our B Impact Score from 103.1 to 108.6, with stronger results in:
